Sort of a native plant... This family of plants can be found all over the Northern Hemisphere of our globe. Some grow up in the Arctic. They are tough plants that are hard to kill once they feel at home. They do need sun however, and ours get tons of it! They can put up with dry, poor soils as well....which is good because ours has that, too!

The bushes to the left of that bench are the potintilla. I have no idea where all my photos went to! The plants have done well though and i will get photos this year (2001).
