      PS - The motto is in Latin, an ancient language from Italy that you still find used on special occasions and by people like lawyers, doctors and other scientists and some religious people. It is not a spoken language anymore.
      Some people learn Latin so they can read the ancient books which were often quite exciting or very interesting. It is a real window into the past then!
